Greater Good Podcast
Greater Good is a podcast I created that is devoted to sharing ideas and information about projects and services created at West Virginia University. The mission of Greater Good is to feature projects that are committed to creating social change be it a service created for a non-profit organization, or work that is created with human-centered thinking.
Episode 1: I met with Elaine Bowen to hear about this spectacular program that gives seniors independence. I also took this time to learn about how Elaine's team tackled problems.
Episode 2: Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. I spoke with Emily Rengers, president of the WVU EWB, about their projects and commitment to making a difference.
Episode 3: The newest program from Youth Safe Farms gives family planning tools and advice in a community forum. I recently spoke with Paul Becker, who tells us about their newest initiative and the meaning behind their plan.
